Roundhill Community Pantry

Run by Oasis Hub, Lux, Southdown Methodist Centre, Bath Methodist Church and St Barnabas Church in partnership.

There will be a selection of fresh, chilled and store cupboard food and toiletries available each week to choose from.

Volunteers are always on hand to help you shop, and can let you know what is in stock each week. We often have visitors from other local organisations drop into our sessions, who are available to chat about how they may be able to support you. These include organisations involved in employment and skills, financial and budgeting support, support for families with children, along with others.

How to book

If you’d like to become a member of one of our pantries, you’ll need to fill in our referral form, which you will find here.  We’re currently accepting members for our Roundhill Pantry on a Monday, self referrals for our city centre winter pantry on a Friday, and a small number of professional referrals for our Thursday afternoon pantry in the city centre where your client cannot attend on a Friday (please note – for the winter pantry your membership runs until the end of March.  We cannot guarantee a pantry place beyond March).  If you’re a professional working with someone who is interested in the pantry you can also fill in this form on their behalf. When we receive your completed form we’ll then be in contact to confirm your place. If you need help filling this in just let us know by emailing pantry@oasisbath.org or texting us on 07984014704 and we’ll be in touch.

How much does it cost?

There are two membership levels:

Level 1 membership, £3 per week – aimed at smaller households, typically you choose around 6 – 8 items items.

Level 2 membership, £5 per week – for that you can select approximately 10-12 items, so we’d recommend that if you’re shopping for more people.

You’ll be able to pay by cash, debit or credit card. This weekly fee covers chilled food, store cupboard foods, toiletries and household items. We provide fruit and vegetables, and some shorter dated items, for free, on top of this fee. This means the total value of your shopping will be around £20 – £35, but will only cost you £3 or £5. The selection of items changes each week based on what we receive in our delivery.
