From the start there will be support to map your development and identity goals, which will be updated throughout during one-to-one meetings.

During your placement you will gain real on-the-job experience, develop new skills and attain AQA Awards to prove your abilities.

Towards the end of your placement, we can support you to access additional training, signpost you to other services or volunteering opportunities, or help you search and apply for employment.
