Roots to Wellbeing at Brickfields Park

Run by YourPark, Roots to Wellbeing is an 18-week nature-based wellbeing programme for people who are struggling with loneliness, isolation and/or mental health issues.
The sessions run in 6-week blocks with a short break in between.
The Brickfields Park group meets from 12.30-3pm on Tuesdays. Each session begins with a free shared meal, which is a chance for people to share how their week has been and to develop relationships with other group members. We are also mindful that this can be challenging for some people and so are able to support people to either contribute or just observe if that is more comfortable, especially in the early weeks. Participants can also bring someone to support them for the first week, or on an ongoing basis, if this will help them to attend.
