B&NES Council are putting together their new ‘Local Plan’, which sets rules and priorities for development across the area over the next 20 years.
They held a consultation process, where members of the public could read the draft plan and send in their feedback.
The documents were very long, but in our response to them we tried to draw out the most important issues affecting residents of Twerton and Whiteway.
The most recent consultation phase finished on 16th April 2024, but there will be another phase in the summer of 2024 before the Plan is launched in 2025.
