Perfect for participants of all levels, from beginners to advance practitioners.
An hour long yoga session led by experienced instructor Judi Bowers – with unlimited tea to relax and unwind following your session.
Sunday 19th January (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
Session begins at 10am sharp, please arrive 10 minutes before the session
Bring your own mat (if possible).
Judi Bowers:
I love to share the benefits of Yoga- drawing on my years of experience and trainings. I believe and have experienced the benefits of yoga which go beyond just the physical stretching. In a time when we are facing stress and uncertainty, Yoga can be used to help reconnect at a deeper level and offer methods and ways to destress and to connect with the body rather than the mind.
My passion is to facilitate the journey inwards through movement, breath and stillness.
During my classes, we will flow, feel, experience, expand our awareness and come away feeling more connected, grounded and peaceful.
