Roots to Wellbeing with YourPark

Nature-based health and wellbeing group starting 7th Jan 2025

We will meet at the Hub and then spend time outside doing nature connection activities, walks, mindfulness exercises, sensory activities and simple creative and craft activities.

The group is very supportive and there will be an assessment call with participants before the start of the course, plus weekly check-in calls and 6-weekly review calls.
